To get the loan process started we need to gather information that will give us a complete picture of your financial, credit and employment experience; as well as your goals, plans and budget.

The Arizona Mortgage Application is a self-guided process that will take you step by step through the basic questions that will need to be answered to start your the mortgage process. This mortgage application is fast, easy and secure, and once you have started an application account you can come back to where you left off at anytime if you encounter interruptions or need to gather information.

Being as accurate as possible with balances, account numbers, and current debts will assist us in determining accurate totals as well as save time in the process. There will be no need to list values for items like jewelry, automobiles, and furniture. Please be as detailed as possible about job histories with start and stop dates for all previous employment covering at least the last 2 years.
